is a long term project started in 2004. currently new media gets a lot of attention when it comes to participation between artists. the ease of communication, countless possibilities of presenting works online and other factors allow collaborative working over distances.
the downside of this is an amplification of the exploitation of cultural workers. artists collaborating online are spending hours and hours in front of their computers – unpaid. cultural content is produced en masse but people consuming it, or worse: companies taking and making profit with it, take it for granted.
