artes.net is more than an agency, it is a union in support of artists, both practising and displaced, worldwide.
the dummy project, currently been setup in London, aims to investigate and organize the volunteer network; in order to properly formalize the opportunities for both debutant professionals and those who are leading debutants. artes.net seeks furthermore to publicly name and shame organizations which abuse debutant workers – exploiting them for free labour, without properly providing adequate, reflective compensation, guidance and enduction to the wider industry.

artes.net london provides support for debutants in the way of a visit to organizations which the debutant hopes to volunteer with (the debutant will remain anonymous). union members will also gain access to a debutant only forum within which individuals can share their experiences of volunteering with different organizations and read materials concerning organizations with which debutants may wish to work.
